Harvest

Each new vintage is a challenge. We have to bring the harvest to the cellar at exactly the right moment, neither too early nor too late, but at its optimum. We undertake regular tastings and analysis of berries from the different plots of the vineyard to determine the perfect picking date.

Wine making /Ageing

Wine making allows us to express the potential of this harvest. Each year is unique… We adapt our wine making techniques to each specific vintage, using both traditional methods and the latest techniques. We then age our wines for 18 months before bottling.
